Methods of Payment

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal and personal checks. We do not accept COD orders at this time.

Shipping and Handling

The shipping and handling charges are for a Standard (5-7 business day) delivery. Most orders are processed within one business day. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 days depending on location and season (allow slightly more time during the winter holidays). All available shipping options for your order will be presented as you check out. We only ship to the continental 48 United States except for international shipments as outlined below. This shipping policy specifically pertains to all hardcopy materials, not digital materials. If you wish to know our refund/return policy on our digital courses and materials, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

International Shipments

We ship directly to most countries. International orders need to be $100 or more. Please contact us by email at centerforfaith@orderlink.com or call 1-800-968-8125 with your product(s) and quantity desired and we will provide a detailed quote. Shipping charges are based on destination and size of shipment.

Order Changes

To make changes to an order that has been submitted on our Store site, please call Customer Service Assistance at 1-800-968-8125. If your order has already shipped and if you would like to order additional items, please place a new order for the additional items on our store site.

If you would like to cancel or exchange items, please follow our Exchange/Return Policy

Exchange/Return

Items that have been purchased within the last 30 days may be returned only if they are in new and reusable condition and are in the original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee with a $30 minimum charge for all returns.

Digital Purchases

Center For Faith believes in the products created. Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our digital courses. However, if for some reason you are absolutely displeased with your course you can submit an inquiry to support@centerforfaith.com and we are happy to review your request.

A check will be issued within 7 business days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The Exchange/Return form must be included with your exchange or return, in order for credit to be applied. If your item was received damaged, please contact our customer support at 1-800-968-8125.
